Get Involved

Want to write for Pi? Email writeforpi@pimedia.org.uk and we’ll make sure your message finds the relevant person!

If you know which section you’re interested in, you can email the editors or turn up to our weekly section meetings (times below). You can write for more than one section and writing isn’t the only thing to get involved with, either: we need subeditors, photographers and video makers too, so there’s no excuse not to be involved.

Magazine section meetings:
Arts – Tuesday 1pm
Features – Wednesday 1pm
Film – Thursday 1pm
Music – Thursday 1pm
Travel – Thursday 1pm
Life and Style – Friday 12pm

Newspaper section meetings:
Politics – Friday 3pm
News – Thursday 5pm
Sport – Monday 4pm, ULU cafe
Science – Wednesday 1pm
Comment – Monday 4pm
Focus – Tuesday 12pm, ULU cafe
Encore – Thursday 11:15am, English Common Room at Foster Court

The CSC, which is the normal location for meetings, is still closed. For sections which don’t have a location listed above, please contact the editors.

To get the best out of our new website, we are particularly looking for people who want to be involved with Pi TV and other projects, so if you’re interested in those, drop the Website editors an email to see what’s coming up…
